By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Website Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

Booking Terms & Conditions govern any reservation, purchase, or participation in our tours and race packages. The

SportHoliday d.o.o. is a company incorporated in the Republic of Slovenia, acting as a licensed tour organiser and travel agent.
2. Use of the Website
2.1. The Website is provided for your personal, non-commercial information about our tours, race packages, and related services.
2.2. You may use the Website only in accordance with these Website Terms and all applicable laws. You agree not to:

References to third-party events or race series (such as SuperHalfs, Maratona dles Dolomites, Marcialonga, Cardiff Half Marathon) are for informational purposes and remain the property of their respective organisers.
3.3. You may view and temporarily store Website content in your browser cache for personal, non-commercial reference only. Any other use — including reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation — requires our prior written consent.
4. User Submissions
4.1. The Website may allow you to submit enquiries, booking requests, testimonials, or other communications. By submitting any content to us, you:
- Represent that you have the right to submit such content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights
- Grant SportHoliday d.o.o. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, store, and process such content for the purposes of responding to your enquiry, fulfilling our contractual obligations, and improving our services

Booking Terms & Conditions.

7. Limitation of Liability for Website Use
7.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SportHoliday d.o.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7.2. This Section 7 does not limit our liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (c) liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Slovenian or EU consumer protection law; or (d) our obligations under the
Booking Terms & Conditions, which are governed by Directive (EU) 2015/2302 on package travel and its Slovenian implementation (ZSRT-1).
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SportHoliday d.o.o. and its officers, directors, and employees from any claim, demand, loss, or damage (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Website Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.
9. Changes to the Website and these Terms
9.1. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Website (in whole or in part) at any time without notice.
9.2. We may update these Website Terms from time to time. The current version is always available at sportholiday.com/legal/terms with the "Last updated" date at the top. Your continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes affecting an existing booking will be notified in accordance with the
Booking Terms & Conditions.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
10.1. These Website Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
10.2. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Website Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in Ljubljana, Slovenia, subject to mandatory consumer protection rights that allow EU consumers to bring proceedings in their country of residence.
